Yes. Our goal is to build what was approved — not reinterpret it mid-project.
Can changes be made during construction?
Changes can be discussed, but they may affect timeline and cost.
Are you a licensed landscape contractor in Arizona?
Yes. Core Landscape holds AZ ROC-315156 — a registered Arizona landscape contractor license. You can verify our license, bonding, and complaint history at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We are also a Rosie Certified Partner and fully insured for residential build work.
How long does a typical East Valley landscape build project take?
Most East Valley landscape build projects move through three phases: design and approval (2-4 weeks), permitting and HOA review (2-3 weeks where required), and construction (3-8 weeks depending on hardscape scope and shade structures). Outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and large paver patios sit at the upper end; turf and irrigation refreshes are quicker.
