Yes. We evaluate existing conditions, document what's working and what isn't, and recommend improvements as needed. Most of our new maintenance clients started with a property we didn't design or install — whether you're searching for landscape maintenance near me or already know us from a neighbor, we'll work with what you have.
Most East Valley properties benefit from weekly or bi-weekly visits during active growing season (March through October) and bi-weekly or monthly visits in cooler months. We adjust cadence based on your property's irrigation needs, plant mix, and seasonal water guidance from the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association.
Each visit covers mowing or turf care where applicable, hedge and shrub trimming, irrigation system check (controller settings, emitter inspection, leak repair), weed control in beds and hardscape joints, debris removal, and seasonal fertilization timed to AZ plant cycles. We document each visit so you have a record of work performed.
